RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICYWe want you to be completely pleased with your order. We will gladly accept your return of unused or defective merchandise for a full refund excluding shipping charges of the original purchase price. Items returned might be subject to a reduced refund if not in its original packaging, in saleable condition or if the merchandise has been marked down during this time period. Please contact us at support@oranicole.com for a return authorization before making any returns.

We accept customer returns in their original condition via prepaid insured mail within 30 days of receipt for a refund, C.O.D. deliveries will not be accepted. You may receive a refund for the amount of your purchase less shipping charges. A credit will be issued for returned merchandise within 30-60 days. Please allow 14 days for processing your return. We will refund the credit card used for purchase of the merchandise.

When shipping your exchange or return, please include your name, address, phone number, and email address. Please securely package your items. Shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the individual.

REPAIRS & REPLACEMENTItems purchased from Ora Nicole Jewelry:

For all repair inquiries, please email support@oranicole.com. Please include your name, description of the repair required, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase.

If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you an RA number and shipping instructions. Repairs take 2-4 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. We will return your repaired item back to you as soon as it is ready and will notify you with an email and tracking number as soon as it ships.

We are able to replace a lost earring mate at the cost of the customer. We will contact you with an estimate of the cost.

All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Ora Nicole will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

All orders require a signature upon delivery.

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12PM EST will begin processing that day.

Orders placed Monday - Friday after 12PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

Orders placed on Friday after 12PM EST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
