If you are not in love with your new purchase, please contact us at sales@oranicole.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. We will gladly provide an exchange (excluding shipping costs) within 7 days of from the date you received your order. All goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered items and returned in original packaging (Ora Nicole Jewelry pouch/box) and fully insured.
Please provide us with your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Exchange. Exchanges will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. We cannot accept exchanges for merchandise purchased anywhere other than www.oranicole.com.
Items that are custom made or special ordered are non-returnable nor refundable.
Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.
