Shipping Policy

Most items are in stock and will ship within 5 business days. If items are back-ordered or made-to-order, please allow approximately 3 weeks to create due to the handmade jewelry process. Custom orders, however, will require a 2-4 week production time. Once custom pieces are in production, they cannot be canceled or returned.

We ship UPS or FEDEX insured free of charge in the US. When your order is ready to ship you will receive an email including your FEDEX or UPS tracking number. We insure shipments on all orders, For legal purposes, the value of your shipment is non-negotiable and must directly reflect the cost of the jewelry. All orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.Β 
The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages (including return to sender fees). After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this may be located in your spam/junk folder so please check this if you are ordering from us for the first time. We greatly appreciate your support of our products. If any issues arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.

We aim to make our products available globally, but unfortunately there are some countries that we are prohibited by law to ship fine jewelry to. We can ship everywhere except for the following countries:
